So you can become more of who you want to be and live life more fully
These are some challenging times, unlike most of us have ever seen before. Indeed, there is a lot to be stressed, anxious, and fearful about. If you live with a chronic health condition, stress, anxiety, and fear are no stranger to you. They come with the terrain. Combine the two and you have double trouble.
However, if we let stress and anxiety run rampant they will wreak havoc on our mental, physical, and spiritual health and well-being, and erode our quality of life.
Now, more than ever, it is critical that we work diligently to master our stress and anxiety as much as possible and breathwork and mindfulness are two of the most powerful tools we can use when they are done in a specific manner and used in conjunction with proper diet and lifestyle.
But if you don't have the right technique, you don't get the benefits you are hoping for, and you give up or settle for mediocre results. It doesn't matter how committed you are or how much time you invest if you don't have the right technique. And many people fall into this trap.
I've been using mindfulness-based deep breathing and meditation in my own life for decades. As a high-stress and anxiety-prone individual myself, it has been a necessity in my life as well as a great passion.
I overcame disabling anxiety attacks, depression, and drug and alcohol addiction more than 30 years ago, as well as compulsive overeating, sugar and carb addiction, nicotine addiction, and caffeine addiction. Breathwork and mindfulness have been pivotal in maintaining my recovery from these conditions and living a fulfilling and peaceful life.
When I was in my late 40s and going through menopause, I had a severe adrenal crash and migraines became frequent occurrences, and breathwork and mindfulness were a lifesaver and became even more deeply integrated into my daily life. Now that I'm in late adulthood, it continues to be a primary self-care tool that I utilize on a daily basis. I never cease to be amazed by the number of benefits that can be acquired and how the richness of my practice continues to grow after all these years.
Along the way, I acquired a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master of education in mental health counseling, a certificate of completion in functional medicine, and a certificate of completion in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) from a certified MBSR instructor and based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Mass Medical School, and have written more than 12 self-care books on various topics including mindfulness.
For more than 18 years I have worked as a health coach with people all over the world to help them alleviate stress and anxiety, overcome addictions, and enhance their health and well-being. The use of mindfulness-based deep breathing and meditation are cornerstones in my approach.
Throughout the decades of my practice, I often discovered that many of the deep breathing and mindfulness techniques and principles that are most popular did not always give me the best results. Some techniques were too bland while others would actually make me feel more stressed and anxious. They provided a good foundation for me to work with, but I found I had greater benefits and deeper relaxation and inner peace when I fine-tuned them and combined the mindfulness and deep breathing together in a very specific way.
What I discovered is that it is all about having the right technique. If you don't have the right technique, it's time wasted, and benefits missed out on. I created this audio course so that you don't have to waste time, give up, or settle for mediocre results.

This is an objection I commonly hear and even I experienced this in my younger years when I first began experimenting with the techniques. Through deeper practice and exploration, I later learned why this occurred and how to correct it.
It's not your fault.
Deep breathing and mindfulness need to be practiced in a particular manner that is often not discussed. There are specific tricks of the trade and things to watch for like position of the eyes, how you focus on the breath, frequency, method of breathing, etc. that need to be done correctly for optimal benefits. There are many subtle and not-so-subtle secrets for getting good results.
In fact, symptoms of anxiety and stress can actually increase rather than decrease with the wrong methods and by not attending to some minor but important details. Fortunately, for you, I am a bit obsessed with details and leave no stone unturned.
