Hello, I’m Cynthia Perkins, M.Ed. For more than a decade I suffered from many Gaba related conditions including debilitating anxiety attacks, clinical depression, compulsive overeating, addiction to benzos, alcohol, marijuana, sugar, caffeine, nicotine, and abusive men. After going down many wrong roads, I eventually overcame all of those conditions and have maintained more than three decades of recovery by making changes in diet and lifestyle, identifying the underlying causes of my symptoms, and utilizing a variety of self-care techniques like the one you will find in this guide.
